I ordered mine directly from TanTan and it's been mint. It felt a little sluggish on the get-up-and-go early on, but as I've adjusted to it from my Argon 18 Gallium CS, it feels like a weapon now. It's downright fast.
For TanTan's part - everything was in _pretty_ good shape when I got mine. I had to face the caliper surfaces a bit and did some small cleaning of the upper bearing assembly cup in the frame, otherwise I consider it pretty good quality.
I will say, the dust cover for the seatpost clamp is pretty world class shit, would *love* to find a replacement for it and the bottom bracket interface was a little soft, had a small splatter of paint that I had to clean up, but that's all to be expected with these sorts of buys. I'm really happy with it.
