now i cant connect to the rd via the app if its logged in, if i clear the data i can skip the login and adjust most setting but i cant try and update the fiwmware. fucking piece of shit

they talk about server problem. we must wait the chinese new year holidays

I put on bike LTWOO ER9 v3. RD is quite okay to adjust but FD don’t want to adjust at all.
In app is this information: please use limit setting function

Are you in the highest or lowest gear? If so you can only use "limit settings adjustment".

I am on the biggest crown on back and small in front.
I go to limit setting mode but I can’t do nothing.

when I click on limit settings I see this screen where you have to shift into highest or lowest gear depending on the limit you are trying to adjust. Once you shift, you click next and start the tuning of the limits

Yes, correct. And that’s work but now I think the FD isn’t in the line with crankset. This little screw inside FD will help if I will adjust with that?

On the one gear everything is okay but on another I can hear and slightly feel the chain rubbing against the derailleur, and in the app I can’t move it any further.

This app is different. It’s don’t remember my groupset and everything I have to search it..

Does that mean you deleted the app and reinstalled it then?

Same problem here. The known devices are all gone. The app searches and finds the RDs, but I cannot open the device data.

On android go to setting -> apps -> find ltwoo app -> there you should be able to clear data and cache without reinstalling

I somehow managed to partially calibrate the derailleurs yesterday despite the issues with the app, although the derailleur disconnected a few times and I had to restart the app.

Now I can see in the app’s device list that my derailleur is visible — yesterday it wasn’t. Strange situation, maybe they “activated” it after their vacation? 😄
