Should work. I've done a mix of Ultegra shifters and LTwoo calipers before and I just setup Ultegra shifters with GRX calipers. I'd try resetting the pistons fully by letting out a little bit of mineral oil, install fresh brake pads and use a disc alignment tool if the rotors are slightly off. Following this method has worked for me. In fact I've been able to use 3 different wheelsets on 2 different bikes with no disc rub! So my caliper alignment method has a proven track record!  ;D

Works perfect, user error had to restart the bleeding.

Thank you

At the same price always choose shimano but ERX should be found a bit cheaper I think.

The eRX groupset doesn't include a crankset. You need the bottom bracket that matches your frame (BSA, T47, etc.) and your crankset spindle diameter (24/29/30mm).

Oh okay this makes more and more sense! Thank you. What crank set and bottom bracket do you guys use and recommend?

Looking to get the TT-X68 frame which has a BSA Bottom Bracket.

Up to you what you want to use. If you don't plan on using a power meter, an Ultegra R8100 crankset is a safe bet. If you want a power meter, you'll have to do some research since there are so many options and price points.

Hi everyone, from what I gathered the er9 latest version has USB-C charging on the FD (not RD, that was a typo) like the erX. What about the buttons on the shifters? Did they update them on the er9 as well? I'm talking about the fact that the external button shouldn't encircle the internal one anymore but it should sit lower with a sort of step on the top. Does anyone have a picture of them?

On the erx the usb-c port is on FD. I haven't seen anywhere er9 new version. Where did you collect that info?

Not quite sure what you mean by external and internal button, but here's a photo of the new "v3" eR9 shifter from a set that I just got. Apologies for the cling film.

This answers exactly my question, ty. I meant that the shifting button closer to the lever is taller than the other one, while in the first version they were level at the top.
