I haven't seen any philips screws on the body. Only the rivet holding the outer cage plate but i don't think there's any way to remove it.

 
I tried ultegra pulleys today and I don't think I understand how it would allow for a smaller b gap. I haven't  noticed a difference. Upper pulley on er9 is 11t as well whilst ultegra lower pulley is 1t smaller and its not narrow wide but I dont think it affects the b gap in any way

I will see if it improves the shifting though. What I noticed is that a shift accuracy depends on whether you upshift or downshift into a specific gear. For example if I shift into the 4th gear from a larger cog its ok but when I shift to the same gear from a smaller cog, the chain starts catching the next cog and makes noise. It kinda feels like a sloppy guide pully

You have to use the Shimano pulley wheel orientation with the 11t narrow wide being the upper and the regular 11t cog on the lower. For some unknown reason, LTwoo uses a lower 12t narrow wide pulley wheel. In my experience, the LTwoo stock configuration can lead to issues like over shifting and the chain coming off the upper wheel. I would then adjust the b screw in the small/small until the cage is as close as possible without rubbing onto the RD. Also make sure to have gear protection on, unless you really want to cross chain. I've done this procedure with both my ER9 50-34t/11-34t and 52-36/11-32t bikes and I don't get any chain slap whatsoever.

Has anyone else had an issue creating an account of the app. I've had mine for over a year and I haven't been able to create an account to check for updates.

Experience so far on erx gen 1 has been fine, plenty of rain/water and the shifters survived my accident with the car.

my son's L-Twoo eRX v3 groupset just arrived. his rear derailleur has an 11t upper / 12t lower jockey wheel as standard on it. the spring tension on it is very much in line with my Di2 stuff but not quite as taut as my SRAM AXS XPLR rear derailleur (which stands to reason).

Did you try unscrewing the little Phillips on the derailleur body? I have 1st gen erx and I was able to take the cage out and give it more tension. Mine was slipping under tension even with properly sized cable. I have some photos of the disassembled derailleur.

There is indeed a phillips screw screw there, I haven't noticed it. It looks like it has a shimano-style cage mounting system with a pin holding it in place. I only had an experience with replacing sram cages that have a bolt on the inside of the outer plate that holds the cage in place so I was confused when I took ltwoo apart and saw a rivet in there.

Do you have a picture of the disassembled cage?  I wonder if it's compatible with shimano since I'm eyeing some shimano compatible OSPW and it does not look like anyone tried it yet

Same thing happened to my ERX. Contact the seller, you will get a new RD. It takes a few weeks, but try it.

I explained this battery draining issue to the 80 desinger store and after some weeks of back and worth chatting their ”engineer” said this 2%/hour is perfectly normal 🤬. Then they started ghosting…
So it seems there is no seller anymore who will respect warranties with these groupsets.

Is everyone using in-spec 800mah 3.7v 14500 batteries? Ever since I swapped to just the regular stuff, my groupset has been fine. I just top off power after every ride.

Ill dig around for the pictures I took when I took it apart. It is similar to the shimano style pin, but, the spring holding section is different, not a one to one copy of shimano ones. Also, getting that screw out was a pain in the neck.

I had an old ospw from a 105 r7000 that I tried in it and couldn't get it to fit exactly but also I was rushing so I can trial run it this weekend to see if it will work this time. Just curious, were you able to make an account on the app to update your stuff..I never was able to.

But topping off after every ride? That's kinda annoying. Especially given DI2 last for what 2 months, maybe even more if you don't ride daily. That can't really be the solution, can it?

Regarding account creation: it's been really picky with the password. Wouldn't accept most of mine for unknown reasons. Had to choose a super basic one (that would fit the 3 out of 4 criteria).

No. I tried pairing it as a bluetooth sensor and via Ki2 extension and it didn't work

It's not really a big hassle. When I get back from a ride I have a routine charging my earphones, lights, computer and bike at the same time. Plus I do a wipe down or hose down (if gravel) on the bike. I even wipe my tires down! I'm a bit OCD!
