the rear derailleur was not modified, so I had to change the cage myself
It's interesting that it arrived (pandapodium) with the batteries inserted, already synced with the controls, and the latest firmware version.

I have a question but I can't check it right now. Does the LTWOO groupset come pre-filled with brake fluid/oil, or do I need to buy and fill the oil myself?

i never received shipments with prefilled parts... as shipping with oil is tricky and expensive to europe, they also never included oil in the boxes...

The three I have (2x eR9, 1x R9) all came with pre-filled hoses attached to the calipers, and oil in the shifter reservoirs. But I topped up with regular Shimano mineral oil, as a little bit inevitably leaks during installation.

It ships with BH-59. But you can use either one, you just have to match the barbs to the hoses.

I just got the cage, but no instructions on how to swap. Do you just undo the bolt that goes through the upper pulley, or is there more to it? Never swapped a rear derailleur cage before.

Anyone on erx v3 having battery drain issues. Symptoms go away when the front derailleur is unplugged. Drain is maybe 10-30% per night.

Just doesn't go into sleep mode when FD is plugged in, the RD green LED will blink every 10-20 seconds.

I've tried 2 sets of batteries, also tried swapping which h cable goes to where. Even bought a spare to see if it followed a specific cable, no dice.

I ordered an ltwoo er7 groupset from 318 bike store. I ordered it from them because they were the only ones who answered questions during the pre-sale, while the other sellers either didn't answer or didn't answer some of them.
They confirmed that the derailleur has a 24-month warranty. I hope that's true, but reading here on the forum, I saw that there were a few issues, some of which were resolved and others not.
The groupset included a battery, and both the cables and levers had pre-filled oil.
I paid €333 for the groupset + €31 for customs and VAT (22% Italian VAT). It arrived after about 3 weeks, but was stuck first in the Netherlands and then at Italian customs for almost 2 weeks.
The seller was always communicative, confirming the shipment and reminding me that I would pay customs duties myself by messaging me via WhatsApp.
I installed and configured the derailleur in about a couple of hours.
The groupset on the app is recognized as ERX and not ER7.
The only thing I don't understand, but I think it's a limitation of the ER7 compared to the ER9 and ERX, is that the front derailleur doesn't have a trim function, only a high and low position.
Has anyone had the same problem or had the chance to try an ER7?
It would also be interesting to know if the rear derailleur is interchangeable with the ER7, as it is with the ER9 and ERX.
Does anyone have both and can test them out?

I had read that the ERX, EGR, and ER9 were interchangeable.
As for the trim, I don't know if it's actually due to the restriction of the ER7 or if it's still a new unit and there are some bugs or maybe some mistake of mine.

I correct what I said yesterday, the trim position is there and works well also in er7, it was my mistake that I didn't understand how to make it work 

Do not buy from 318Bike Store. Smelly shenanigans ongoing w my order.

15 Sep. Finally got my group. All good. Ended up paying just under 30 eur in taxes / customs, and Alix had taken off 62 eur, so it's a win (in line with expectations from previous transactions).
Net cost before cash back of the group: 355 EUR, having used a ton of coins & a 60 eur coupon.
Cashback should shave off another 15 eur. 340 eur. Hard to argue with that price
And i got the new version of the er9 with the nicer calipers and the usb charging. The shifters are much more clicky, there's much more travel for the buttons to actuate, compared to v1.

I got contacted by someone on whatsapp who had my order data, and sounded like a scammer. Very very odd. I ignored him, and the package finally got processed by local customs and the post office called me. Took just under 1 month since i ordered.

I also bought the groupset from 318 Bike Store; I got an ER7.
He also contacted me via WhatsApp. He had my order details and told me his name was Yang.
He only asked me to verify that the order was correct before processing it, and reminded me that I would have to pay customs duties and VAT once the package arrived.
To be safe and out of fear of an AliX data breach (I'm an IT professional and see things like this every day), I contacted support, who told me the phone number belonged to 318 Bike Store.
Personally, I've had a good experience with 3118 Bike Store; they've always answered all my pre- and post-sale questions. I hope they have the same attitude in case of problems.
