LTWOO ER9 & ERX - Electronic groepsets

Hey guys. Can't remember if I have asked this before.

But is it possible to mix and match the Ltwoo ekectronic groupset parts?

Ltwoo doesn't have a 2X gravel groupset. But I want 2X.

Can I use eGR rear derailleur with eR9 shifters and battery and stuff?

Hey Fellows,

I've finally managed to install my purchased ERX groupset.
I bled the brakes as described in the instructions. Everything's fine on the right brake lever. The left brake lever looks like it's leaking out from the upper locking bolt on lever. You can see the mineral oil seeping out.
Additionally, the pin/piston in the brake lever (I think it is called master cylinder) is making a smacking noise (this isn't the case with the right brake lever) - see video attached.
Do you guys have any similar experience and/or way of explaining how, or if it's even possible to repair it?

If it is not repairable, are the shiftet / levers of the ERX interchangeable with ER9 or ER7 versions and where to get this as separate spare parts?

I would ask panda podium about buying a erx shifter.
If it's leaking out of the box after the install though I'd get on to whomever you bought it from. If you're happy you've done everything correctly, which you seem to have done on the other side maybe it's a defect.

Thx. It is a Seaboard CX07 steel frame with 650B gravel carbon rims with 50mm tires.

I currently have sent out some inquiries to see which shop is capable of sending spare parts. Unfortunately most of them will only sell the whole groupset. I am also in exchange with the AE shop from where I bought the groupset. I don't know yet into which direction this will go so I was hopping that people here maybe have hints for a repair solutions or other quick wins.

Can the er7/9/X be run as 1x? Thinking of that option for the gravel (80 tarmac 20 compacted gravel road) vs grx as er9 is significantly cheaper.

This problem seems unusual so I don't know if you'll find someone who experience the same thing. My best guess solution would be to find the exact screw where the oil is leaking from and try to tighten that down.

Ltwoo RD doesn't have a big ol single bolt through the RD to remove the lower arm

Shimano L05A pads doesn't fit well in v3 . i can't make it works. i think needs bigger hole . screw passes through very difficult and doesn't left pads open correctly .
in v1 i use only l05a without problem

Hi,
Wow, I haven't had to change them yet, but I have a lot of aftermarket L05A pads at home.
Are your pads original or aftermarket?
Have you tried putting the cotter pin in place of the screw or use orignal shimano screw instead of that ltwoo, spare part is Y8J710000.
Or maybe you can use a round file to gently enlarge the hole by hand?

If you solve it, if you want to let me know how you did, I would be grateful.

The problems source are not the bolts where the oil is leaking to the surface (the bolts itself have no function regarding the oil flow but the mounting of the master cylinder). There is a piston/rod on the master cylinder (talking about the one on the lever not the caliper!) which is pushed into the cylinder when you press the brake lever. This is the moment the smacking sound occurs. Already tried to lubricate the piston/rod, but had no success here...

Did not find any hint in the manuals how to reset the device pin.
Maybe try to contact lwtwoo's support and share there answer here so everyone can benefit from it.
