Does anyone change bolts in his/hers Hygge for titanium ones and have specification what to order?
I have done that recently as the bolt on the seat post wedge and the bolts holding the FD mount were badly rusted after several wet rides on salty roads. I ordered from Wanyfa on AliX in gold colour to spice up an BOB frame.
The dimensions are:
Seat clamp M6x35 for the rear bolt M6x40 for the front (stock both are 35mm length and the front bolt was only holding on 2-3 threads which i did not like at all)
Seat post wedge M6x18
FD hanger M4x12 countersunk bolts 3 pieces, and this is the same bolt size that holds the RD hanger.
The bottle cage mouthing bolts did not suffer rust at all, i presume because they are stainless steel?? but will change them also. They are M5x15
The headset compression bolt is M5x30mm
I did not measure the stem bolts (because they did not rust) but should be M5x16 and also i will need nuts that go on the opposite side of the stem. there are complete sets of stem bolt and nut on ali.
Hope this helps.

Hey all,
I've built my Hygge model S (the new EPS version) back in October and have been very happy with it.
However today I was doing some coble roads and suddenly my garmin mount (the one that came with the frame and handlebars) snapped. Luckily my Garmin device is okay but I'm pretty bummed out by this. Does anyone know some good alternatives that are a bit more reliable?

I'll gave that one a go I think.
any guarantees this is actually titanium?
And next to that, any idea which material would be best at handling the vibrations of cobble roads? Plastic, aluminum, ... ?

My stock computer mount made my GPS unit disintegrate on rough roads, so i replaced it with aluminium holder from Riderace brand. I prefer this in any way to the stock holder and it is maybe 10g heavier than the stock holder but is rock solid and does not vibrate od cracked roads. A huge plus is that the light holder is placed further back, closer to the attachment points to the handlebars and by doing that a lot of the weight is moved back and does not preload the holder. Much more stable and safer location for the light.

Finished my Model S build today. Super pleased so far! All of the small revisions that Hygge has made in the last year or so made the build go quite smoothly. The only snag I encountered was some crud inside the handlebar messing up the outside of one of my brake hoses. I would highly suggest checking for burrs inside the openings at the steerer side of the bar! I went with custom color (the blue/purple chameleon fade is not standard) and deleted some logos. The added cost was super reasonable, added basically no time to the order, and I got the frame in less than two weeks.

Build:

Hygge 2024 EPS frame, size S (49)
SRAM Force AXS D1 XPLR 1x12 group, 165mm cranks
Quarq spider power meter
Wolf Tooth Aero 48T chainring
SRAM Dub BB
Vision SC45 wheels
Continental 32c GP5000 S TR tires set up tubeless
Ultegra R6800 SPD pedals
Shimano PRO bar tape
Selle San Marco Shortfit saddle

Think I’ll be swapping the bottle cage out for something else, just a placeholder for now!

7.7 kg/17lb without pedals! Definitely not the most lightweight setup, but not too heavy either. The SC45 wheels are about 1480g so could easily shed weight there. We get a good team deal with FSA so they are a no brainer price wise. Total cost was about $3200 US. I feel super good about that considering it’s all new, name brand parts — my first totally new bike. The frame is stiff and has very little subjective flex under power, but is far from uncomfortable. 32c tires at 53 PSI help a lot with that. The clearance up front is sub-optimal but there is a gap. The pinch point is up at the top, and the sides are pretty open. All things considered I don’t mind that as much as bad side clearance where you get tire rub with hard cornering and debris buildup. YMMV with other tires but at least in my case, 32c is a go.

Mine failed as well
Changed to a aluminum version

Do you have a link to the one you bought?
I bought the aluminium alloy one from Riderace suggested here but it doesn't fit on the the Hygge handlebars.
(the second bolt perfectly aligns with the part between the two bolt gaps on the mount).
