I bought this frame just because of PF92!

BSA can ruin your summer  . I have owned a BSA frame that has more than 10000 kilometers and a frame that lasted less than 300.

Anyone here that uses a Shimano XT BB MT 800 bottom bracket that can help me with the spacer dilemma, so that I don’t mess it up?
Measuring the bb depth of the frame and the one from Shimano they both measure 92 without the spacer, so I think it’s not needed, right?

I cannot find anywhere in the European online shop the 8x16 bushing for the rear shock, only 15,75 or it’s not available, Am I missing something?

I would buy a cheaper 15,8 mm bushing and put electric tape between it and and the linkage/frame to get the bike built. Then wait for 16 mm reasonable priced bushings to be back in stock..

Or put some kind of thin gasket(s) or spacer(s) between the 15,8 mm bushing and the linkage..

Hi, are you having any issues with the headset supplied with the frame? I can't seem to eliminate a minimal amount of play at the top of the head tube. The play is in a front-to-back direction. How is it on your bikes?

Hello

I put a thin carbon fiber headset spacer under the black upper cup which has two holes for cables. It cures the play and stickiness. The black cap can touch the frame and stop normal headset action.

it is a basic headset spacer that you normally use between headset and stem. 5 mm and 10 mm are most common, but thinner are also available. Aluminum spacer may work better.
