T47A version of this one, available in 24, DUB or 30 (T47-2479, T47-2979 or T47-3079). I wouldn't get the ceramic version.

Update on my frame with some pictures. The inside walls look clean and neat. The frame itself, with all the screws and derailleur hangers weights 1142g in size 58, the fork is 426g, seat post 204g and the black inc 420/90 replica handlebar is 370g.

That sounds freakishly light for the fork, especially if you haven't cut the steerer yet. Factor claimed weight I think is around 460gms, and rep ones are coming in at more like 490gms (painted).

Any aero bottles recommendation for this frame?

And also if anyone is using TT clip on bars, would appreciate recommendation.

Actually the weight of the fork is pretty much spot on, referencing yohobikes web page. I feels well made, so I'm not worried, for now  ::)

Also an update, Tom stuck to his word, just received the BB they've forgot to package with the frame.

The Yohobikes webpage says 420+/-10gms but then the photo underneath on the same page shows a bare fork at 472 grams.

Sounds like you just got lucky ;)  !

Hey guys.
New to the forum and got inspired to buy one from this thread.

I was wondering if anyone has successfully fit a genuine Ostro VAM 2.0 seatpost into a replica frame. I received my seatpost yesterday and tried installing the HY/Hylix post, but it wouldn’t fit. After measuring, I found that the HY seatpost was 1mm longer front-to-back (along the bike’s longitudinal axis).

I’m trying to figure out whether this is an issue with the seatpost itself, or if the replica frames use a slightly different seatpost spec compared to the genuine one. Any insight would be appreciated.

Hi guys! I'm scoping on this frame some time now, not sure if I should go for it. Currently on VB268, pretty satisfied, only paint job seems pretty weak here with velobuild. Anyways, I wonder if there's anyone here my size proportions so I can get some reference on sizing. In short, anyone with around 183-187 height who bought this frame, what size did you choose? Another reference, my VB268 is L, and my inseam is 86, saddle to bb is 78.5cm.

Let me introduce you to my newly assembled Chinator (I will Update this post later)
But first, a word of warning: I ordered this frame with a pair of wheels from Taiwan Glory Bike (Tom).
He shipped my frame a little late, claiming the wheels weren't ready (okay, no problem for me).
But unfortunately, I only received the frame kit and no wheels >:(  :'(.
I contacted Tom on Friday (whatapps), but haven't received a reply... Message unread until today, and the same on Ali.
I just hope my wheels will be shipped soon.

Here's some information about the frameset. Estimated weight 7.5 kg fully assembled (I'll include the configuration Excel file with the weights).
The frame (size 54) is finished in Scarab "brown to purple" paint. It weighs 1076 g (including front and rear derailleur hangers and a rear thru-axle insert).
First, let me introduce detail

J'ai regardé dans le cadre, et c'est nickel (tresse en 3K parfaitement lisse).
I looked in the frame, and it's perfect (3K braid perfectly smooth).

The wheels currently installed are my existing wheels, not the ones I ordered (estimated at 1180g).

I can't install the chain and test the bike because my wheels are 11-speed, while the bike has a 12-speed SRAM drivetrain :'(
I encountered a few problems during assembly.
      • It was difficult to route the brake hose through the fork (about 30min  ???)
      • Regarding the finish, I had to lightly sand the headset bearing surfaces (a small imperfection, nothing serious).
      • The Black Inc. combo cover is a disaster (see photo).

Otherwise, I changed or installed titanium bolts in various places.

I also replaced the seatpost clamp with an original one I had at home (Specialized Venge original).

I protected the frame with a ceramic coating (GEYON PURE EVO 2) and also added a protective film to critical areas.

FYI: I spoke to Tom on WhatsApp; he just gave me the tracking number for the wheels (without explaining why they weren't sent with the frame).

Anyway, the important thing is that they're safe! To be continued...
