LT bike LTK036 specs

Hi All,

 I recently returned to cycling after a few decades and am looking at doing a WW build. The LTK036 in size 500 looks like it checks most of the boxes. Light, rim brake, round seatpost with external clamp.  My flexibility is reasonable, but not great and unfortunately the website geometry table is poorly done. I'd like something with a more relaxed feel but without the reach and stack sown on the table I can't tell if the frame would be. I tried reverse engineering the geometry but the fork length in the table is wrong at 307mm.

Has anyone built up a bike from one? General impressions?

So after some communication with LT I am now leaning towards a size 520. Below are the drawings with geometry. For reference I currently have a TCR with a reach of 377mm and a stack of 532mm. I feel fairly stretched out and low on it, so the 17 shorter reach and 9 higher stack should help.

 Any suggestions before I order?
