Interesting - I've been using the Cooma ones (same ones) on both road and gravel. I find them pretty close to original Shimano in performance and maybe 75% of the durability.

cheap aliex L05A resin brake pads (5€...) deliver good braking power and decent durability.

I saw them on sale recently, the price and review seems great but can you trust during hard descend?

+1 can definitely recommend these pads. Braking feels the same as the Shimano L05A-RF, after 100 miles of use no noticeable pad wear to indicate it wears out quicker than my shimano pads. I'm using these on the rear and the L05a on the fronts.
