Hello everybody!

Thought I'd share my build process of a Yishunbike G095-D. This is my first go with gravel. I've mostly been riding XC MTB last few years and also been dipping my toes in road biking. The G095 will be used for both gravel and road riding using two different wheel sets.

Here we have a size 56 Yishunbike G095-D with integrated handlebar "HB068" in 400mm width and 110mm stem. Painted glossy black by YishunBike. I bought the frame second hand locally in unused condition. Therefore can't say to much about YishunBikes pre sales support, handling and shipping. However I've been in touch with Kitty from YishunBike for some after sales support like spareparts and another handlebar. Kitty's is great to deal with, excellent communication and fast replying.

Frame quality is great. I have nothing to complain about. Bearing seats in headset are beefy and look good. Bottom brackets seems to have been honed in QC. Mounting points for brakes seem to have been faced. They've also masked off important places before painting. Fork bearing seat and brake hose ports are smooth.

Frame: 1369 (including hanger, front deraillieur mount, seat post clamp)
Seat post: 167 (uncut, including hardware)
Handlebar: 393 (400x110mm, including bolts for computer mount)
Fork: 459
Thru axles: 64
Headset: 95 (compressionplug, bearing, spacers, covers)

Your frame weighs 1369 grams? Then it is heavy. Mine weighs 1095 grams in size 54 with front derailleur mount and seat post bolt. The derailleur hanger with bolt weighs 20 grams.

Yes, second hand, unused and locally. Sweden, not Düsseldorf.

Yeah maybe a bit heavy but i don't mind it seeing how well dimensiond bb-area and headset bearing mounts are.

I'm guessing Guercotti bought the rights for it as they now offer two versions of the Escape model. One matching G095-D and the other matching CX095-D (another fork and no mounting points for rack and fenders)

Almost done with the build. Brakes are not bleed and handlebar not wrapped with tape yet.
First ride will not be for a while as we have cold winter for the moment and I went thru surgery three days ago.

Maxxis rambler, particularly the 120tpi, is actually a very lightweight tyre in my opinion, particularly for its width and suppleness. If you come with a more lightweight one, let me know. Pirelli Cinturatto's are like >100g heavier for instance.

Did not know that! I just took for granted that they are heavy.

Had a minor surgery, few weeks of recovery and then a couple rounds of the flu.

However today was the day for the first shake down after build. Complete with a set of Elite ENT 50mm (pillar wing upgrade) equipped with 28mm Schwalbe One and RideNow TPU-tubes.

The bike is fast, smooth and comfy. No complaints for the moment.

No issues with loss of air pressure with the tpu tubes so far. But haven’t ridden much yet so maybe too early to say.

That looks really fast! (And the wheels look far too narrow for the frame )

For me, the air does not hold as well as in the butyl tubes.
I run 35mm with 3.5 bar, after a week it's still 1.5 bar.

I had the 28s from another bike so used them. Will most likely upgrade to better tires and 32mm.
But, they will most likely look to narrow for the frame anyway as the frame takes 700x50.

Received the wheels a month ago, mounted tape, tubes and tires directly. Pumped up to ~4.7 bar.
Yesterday, before the first ride there was 3.5 bar left in the tires. So 1 bar pressure loss over a month hanging in the garage.
