My Lexon unox gravelbar was also cracked (I allready deinstalled it and put on normal bar and stem cuz I couldnt get the Unox creakfree). I wanted to sell them and then noticed a crack by the pinch bolts..
I contacted them on aliexpress and they are willing to send a new one for 50 dollars. So if anyone wants one to try for cheap let me know  ;)

On the bottom just the bearing, the fork has an integrated crown race. On the top only bearing, then plastic C ring and the top cover.

Thanks!
Another (hopefully the last) question: I plan to install on the rear and front 160mm brake discs. Do I need 140->160mm adapters?

Still have some troubles with the fork. My understanding is, that the open side of the the bearing is on the top. If I place it like that, I have a big gap between fork and frame. If I place it with the open side to the bottom, the gap is gone. Which way is right?

Edit: Ok, based on other pictures the assembly shown in my picture is wrong. I'm wondering however why in some bike build up videos on youtube it is the other way?

just a little thought-provoking impulse. Why should the angled part part of the bearing be on top, when it fits perfect when pointing down?

Have any of you covered your bike with PPF foil? Where can I buy cut foil patterns for our GR201?

I've used the Zefal Skin Guard.
Just need to make sure to pick the right version based on the frame painting (matte or gloss)

At first, I thought my Lexon cockpit only had a paint scratch and that I might have accidentally scratched it with a tool during installation. Unfortunately, the crack grew further within a week, even though I only rode 4 km on tarmac just in my village to a friends house.

Lexon is offering me a new cockpit for 50 USD but I'm absolutely not interested anymore and am currently trying to get my money back... I'll let you know if I succeed.

I've now ordered the SPAD ARX from Panda Podium and hope that this cockpit will be worth its $300.

What happened to you? Why is your cockpit broken?
