I still haven't had any issues (so far) with the Rpantahi integrated handlebar that I bought to replace the stock Tantan one, if anyone is looking around for other brands.

Sooo.... 1600 km with this frame which include 2x 220 km rides
It is my main long distance bike now, but for some reason I'm thinking about going full back on XC as a ,,do it all,, since that was always my way before this project

what handle bar is that and do you have a link to it? How do you like it?

What happened to you? Why is your cockpit broken?

Posted the picture some pages back, post #922

TLDR: Did a wheelie one day, heard a faint "pop/crack" sound thinking it was just a creak coming from the seatpost or saddle and discovered a light hairline scratch on the side at the stem.
Already had some issues with headset play and the bar rotating sometimes. Didn't want to risk it any longer and swapped the whole thing.

I am totally happy with the original tantan handlebar. Used it in combination with the original Deda 45x45 compression ring (thanks to post #922). Nice fit and no more rattling. Might file it down 1mm for a perfect fit.

Is there anyone here who has used the Lexon plastic C-ring with an FSA ACR Topcone? I've heard that with the FSA ACR metal C-ring, just like with the Lexon metal C-ring, it's possible that you can't completely eliminate bearing play. I'd like to use the Lexon plastic C-ring with the FSA ACR Topcone.

FSA ACR c ring worked totally fine for me because its much better quality in terms of tolerance

Thank you!

Did you also use the bearing race under the lower bearing? Or did you just place the bearing directly onto the fork steerer tube?

Based on the earlier posts I ordered a Lexon handlebar (still in transit). With all the cracked Lexon bars, in this topic only, I'll return them and get the Yoeleo bar.
Great to see all real world experiences here!

Please send it back! There seems to be a major quality control problem at Lexon. If you get a good cockpit, it's great; if you get a faulty one, you just lose money.

The frame has an integrated crown race for 45 degree bearing so you can only use the upper part of the FSA ACR headset.

Thanks for the info. So, bottom bearing, top bearing, C-ring and top cone including spacers from FSA ACR?
