hey guys, i dont have access to my bike right now. i was just wondering what  kind of thru axles are in the rear? what kind of thread?  i need to buy a new thruaxle for my bike trailer, the kids want to take a ride with the new bike

I was also undecided between a 52 and 54. I'm currently riding a Elves Falath Evo 2023 with 378mm reach and 540 stack, all spacers, orome handlebar with 70mm reach and 100mm stem length.
I'm almost the same height als you are with the exact same inseam and went with a 54 and a 80mm handlebar. You can check your geo and compare it at bike-stats.[de], with handlebar numbers even. [https://xybikecalc.com/] is also an interesting site, where you can compare geo's in raw numbers and see how increasing or decreasing certain values change the stack and reach of the selected bike. My Falath evo also has a 25mm setback seatpost and the 54 compared to the 52 has also the higher stack without increasing the reach too much (only 4mm iirc). The bigger frame will be more stable on the rougher terrain I guess and there's more space for bikepacking bags, which I also want to do with this frame.

I don't have the frame yet, so I can't give you feedback on the actual fit, but that's the theory I've gone with. Maybe that's helping a bit.

Just about done with my build, only needs bar tape and seatpost. I ordered a seatpost and saddle from Elita One, but still waiting for delivery. In the meantime, using the Elita One post and saddle from my road bike for photos/test fit.

- SRAM X01 10-50, XX1 chain, GX AXS derailleur w/ Garbaruk
- TRP Hylex brakes/levers
- Aerozine 17 crankset 160-165mm, CSixx 42t chainring
- Drive 6 gravel wheels I got from Leon last year
- Panaracer X1R 45mm
- Deda Gera alloy bars 44cm
- Enve mtb stem for now, because I had it in the stem box and it's about the correct length. Still searching for a proper stem (any suggestions?)!

How do you find the wheelset? Especially from compliance standpoint? I am interėsted in such wheelset from aesthethical perspective but it’s slightly higher weight than similar value ”regular” wheelset and if it’s also worse experience wise, then would have to move on from considering it.

I honestly can't say much, other than they ride more or less the same as other carbon gravel wheels with similar dimensions that I've ridden in the past. 
I haven't ridden them too much, but I have pushed them pretty hard on local trails. I've also used them for two very technical "gravel" races on my steel gravel bike and they didn't hold me back at all.
I quite like them and I think they're my main gravel wheels now. They sound amazing at high speeds, lol. The freehub is also incredibly loud.

If I had worked on it consistently I could have finished in a week I think. I took my time on this one and worked in short sessions over a good amount of time. I ordered the frame unpainted, so prep work was easy. Colors were simple enough and the pattern is just smoke from a Walmart tiki torch.

Do you have the P505 or P515 PM? Did you need/use any spacers or did it fit "as is"?

What tire options are you looking at for that rear wheel?
