Avoid "fake" frames. This forum has a lot of informations about all frames.

The new long teng 301 D takes 38C. I'm extremely happy with my 268 from them. I've posted about it on here multiple times.
If I were in the market for a bike that takes 38C, I'd get the 301 in a heartbeat.
