You didnt raise questions... you were blaming, accusing, name calling - completely overreacting about an absolut trivial occurrence: an employee leaving a company and therefore stops replying to customers of that company

My expectations were obviously realistic - just in contrast to yours, because the obvious reason you are crying here is your unmet expecatation of Leon being your personal carebear even after he left the company you ordered from.

You again seem to confuse stuff - As I said: I got a tracking number and the wheelset just arrived today (which was like 4 days later than what I was told before ordering and which is absolutely reasonable for anybody not being a pathetic bean counter)

I think highwind is trying to normalize bad customer service to convince himself that things will work out in the end.
I think Takiyaki has some serious issues with reading comprehension because neither did highwind write he experienced bad customer service (quite the contrary, as his requests were all answered within absolutey reasonable periods of time especially given the timezone difference between Europe and China) nor does he need to "convince hisself" of things working out at the end, because he got a working tracking number and just receiveed his nice new wheelset exactly as ordered
