Yes, tried with my new one im am going to change to soon. But the same phenomenon.
Can not see it my list, but searching for new ones i can find it but not add it.

I've been dealing with an air ingress into my right shifter brake lever for a while now. I bleed it and it's fine for a few rides then it goes spongy again.

Seller (L-twoo factory store on Ali express) sent new air screws for the shifter which hasn't rectified.

There are extremely slow in dealing with anything.

After 5 days i managed to fix my groupset. Still dont know what the problem was. For some reason i could connect to it when i was on my company wifi. So i updated the RD and now it works back home aswell. But it was impossible to do it back home or via 5G on the phone.

So for know its back up and running

My LTwoo ERX v3 rear derailleur crapped out. Not sure what happened. I was tuning the derailleur at home and all of a sudden it just wouldn't shift. I tried resetting and restored the factory settings, but it's both dead with the shifter and the app. I'm talking to 80 Design store right now sending video and screenshots. Overall though it's been working fine with no issues.

I'm waiting on 80 Design store to go through my photos/video and send me a replacement RD under warranty. Strangely, my v1 eR9 RDs have been working rock solid!

I got a strange problem that might be related to the battery:

After not using the bike for 2 month as i was traveling and became sick after it now won't work without being charged.
When I look at it in the app (while it's getting charged) it says it's full but when I disconnect the cable it instantly shuts off.
Already dis- and reconnected the cables but that didn't do anything. Will check the battery tomorrow but I can't imagine what could be the case...

Which version are you running? Also doe it at least shift in the app? I'd try standard 800mah batteries and see if those hold charge. I had a similar issue awhile back and it was battery related.

Version 1.5 and yes i can shift from the app but only when charging, once i disconnect the cable it's dead. Due to a battery holder disintegrating I got a replacement one which is a sealed one so I can't change the cells... Will see what I can do

I have purchased an Ltwoo EGR 1x 13-speed derailleur; can I install a 10-46t SRAM Rival XPLR cassette and a SRAM Flattop chain without any issues?

Yes. Just adjust the tension screw to accommodate the slightly smaller 10t cog.

I don't think so. The 13s xplr cassette will probably be too wide. They way sram solved it is to removed the udh and use an xplr derailleur which is thinner and makes room for a wider cassette (se my earlier post). Please report back if you manage to do it.

Most the issues I hear are from 14 speed that need the thinner UDH hanger in order to clear the Sentyeh RD. Though we won't know unless someone tries with a 13 speed cassette.

I have tried it. Had to use a 2mm washer between frame and cassette to make it fit. It works but would not call it a fit without issues.

Good news. After showing video evidence of my RD not working, 80 Design Store is sending me an eRX replacement. Props to them, but I'm a bit concerned spare parts are somewhat scarce now for LTwoo products. On the other hand, Wheeltop parts are easily accessible either from Wheeltop direct or various third party sellers on AliEx. With the new Wheeltop fine-tune ability, I feel they might be the better investment for long term reliability.
