Here's a few more pictures of the cockpit and tool box.

Inseam is 82cm.
Saddle height is 73cm from bottom bracket to the 'Biomechanical Reference Line' on the Ergon saddle (roughly 10cm back from the nose of the saddle).

And here are some files. I got the bridge and the angle piece made from 6061-T6 aluminum with a black hard-anodized finish.

The bridge has a variety of mounting holes, on a slightly different pattern than the original bridge. I also pre-angled the mounting pattern inwards by 1 degree to get my hands a little closer together.
The angle piece requires flat-head M5 bolts which attach the angle piece to the bridge before being attached to the base bars.

Dude, I’m so impressed by that level of ingenuity.
The sled idea for the toolbox is absolutely brilliant, if by any chance you have the 3D files, I’d love to get it too.

That's incredible work! As a 3D noob... has anyone recommendations where I can print these parts online in Europe/Germany and except the alumium parts what kind of material to use?

I haven’t seen anyone else put an XLPR groupset on a 1x TT bike – this forum seems to be the place for unconventional builds though - I think it works great! I am not too picky about cadence, generally average about 95rpm in races.

First of all, nice bike build, and thank you for the detailed post, and parts!!

I quote your post regarding gearing because I see very few people talking about this subject here, mostly I guess, because TTers like their gear gaps small so it won't impact cadence. Your aproach is very similar to mine: SRAM XPLR 1x12.

I like to compare bike builds (gear wise) to something I rode in the past: 12 speed Shimano Ultegra with 54-40 chainring and 11-30 cassette - resulting in 368% range, but with lots of overlapping gears and very small gaps. I use https://www.gear-calculator.com/ for this type of comparison.

Using that Shimano gearing as comparison, a 50T and 10-44T XPLR cassette would give same maximum speed and a extra gear on lower speeds, but also much bigger gaps (ain't big a problem to me too) - 440% range.
Your setup results in a similar situation: 54T with 11-44T, same final speed and a bit more range on the lower side (compared to the shimano setup) - 400% range and pretty much the same bigger gaps except for one gap in the beggining of the cassette.
I think a 11-44 cassette is a better option because HG freehubs are much easier to find (at least where I live) compared to XDR ones, but it will limit you if you want smaller gaps down on the road (10-36T for example).

I guess a 10-36T cassette would be ideal, same range as shimano with controlled gaps, and since XPLR derailleurs can manage 10-36 cassettes, best of two worlds. I intend to keep an eye on the app for gear usage, and then tune the chainring size so I can stay most of the time on the middle of the cassette for better efficiency.

Oh and your tool box is vey neat!! I designed a similar one for a Cervelo frame once, to keep things from rattling, I put everything inside an old sock, very useful to clean hands too...

Yeah I like small gaps in gearing to keep my cadence in a small zone ~85-90 rpm. Ideally you would want to use you'd want to be at the 15 or 17 tooth cog on the sram so you have a few small gap easier gears. 10-36t:10,11,12,13,15,17,19,21,24,28,32,36 10-44T:10,11,13,15,17,19,21,24,28,32,38,44  10-46t(13 speed): 10,11,12,13,15,17,19,21,24,28,32,38,46
The gaps between gears remain pretty consistent between these cassettes though.

The designs are great, thank you for sharing! I will be getting the metal plate cut next week and will share it once installed.

Yessssssss! That looks great and so much better than the stock cockpit. This may have just cemented my decision on this bike!

I am curious, what was your bike’s weight before and after the Winow cockpit? I am talking to Chris about a very similar setup.

If you meant me, I can't tell ya. Because I am still building it up, and have never installled the original one. But I just from my feeling, the alu spacers could be a bit lighter than the original one.

I can tell you the final weight not before 16.12., because first fitting, then finish building up. That the problem with Shimano Di2 🤷🏼‍♂️

What’s the weight of your frame? I don’t trust the website’s listed weights.
