Thanks a lot for the info on the Kogel OSPW! I’d been looking at AliExpress for a while.
That makes a difference; I use the TT bike for time trials rather than long-distance rides, so a BTA system is out of the question.
I got some really nice adapter pieces from AeroCoach so it fits perfectly against the spacers.
 If you're interested, I can always show you some photos.
The distance works fine for me. I’m quite small and slight-built myself.

I also finally managed to build my Velobuild TT-023. Attached a photo of the finished bike.

The installation process was quite easy. Most exciting part was cutting of the fork (measure ten times, cut once). The cable routing was very easy. The only downside I have noticed so far has to do with the cassette. The Ztto cassette doesn't shift as beautiful as an ultegra cassette.

Hey folks! I finally built my TT-023, thanks in large part to this amazing thread.

I’m based in China, so I sourced everything locally and mostly Chinese-made, including WheelTop’s latest TT groupset. So far, it seems to be a pretty good deal.

I had my local bike shop handle the build, and the mechanic didn’t run into many issues. The only problem was that the seatpost kept slipping until I tightened it to 8 Nm, as recommended by Velobuild’s after-sales support.

I’ve only ridden it outdoors once because I mostly train on a smart trainer and the weather hasn’t been great. That one ride was awesome, though—the bike feels comfortable and stiff, and the data suggests it’s faster than my road bike with clip-on aero bars. Duh, of course!

I’ll be racing it in a long-course event at the end of this month. If anyone’s interested, I’ll hopefully report back afterward.

Here's the file. You'll need a Garmin insert with the threaded heat-set inserts already installed, and some M3 and M5 bolts.

Was it painted by Velobuild or supplied as decals with the frame if so, what did you specify for decal colour, or did you add the decal yourself afterwards?"

What is exactly your curiosity regarding this cockpit?

Curved basebar may be a little faster, but not everyone will enjoy the lowered position when braking (you yourself asked here for a raised basebar once if I'm not mistaken)

Monopost won't render a great advantage either (as opposed to the traditional dual post), marginal gains if any...

Bars are a copy of the ones sold with the bike. Difference being the hand grip, which can be switched to adapt to your needs. Again not sure it will be a lot faster, but more confort on your position will end up faster (you can stay aero for longer periods of time and save energy). Balugoe sell these for a decent price if you look for something  hassle free (won't need to switch the whole front end of the bike)

It was a new cockpit I saw when perusing and thought I'd share with the class. Wonder how it might mate with the frame and sit in with the top tube. You're right, I am more interested in bars with a rise to decrease the drop to base bar positioning.

Has anyone spoken to Chris from Velobuild recently? He mentioned he was going to send me a replacement fork almost 3 weeks ago (due to poor quality and cracking). Pretty much hasn’t responded back to me since. Sucks because bike is not safe to ride.

I customised the decal sticker after ordering the frame in stock glossy black. The colour I believe to be chrome silver. It's much cheaper to do so (around 8USD) and I can regret anytime if I feel stupid about the name later on.

Can you share a link of where you got the decals? I want to do custom paint, but I'd also like to do custom decals beyond just a downtube name. It would be cool to be able to swap out if you got bored of it! I also saw someone else say VB did their decals and it was kind of expensive.

Did someone has issues with the headset? Stability
