If I remember well, the 4 bolts were tighten at 6nm max. But I think that maybe your handlebars bend too much with your weight.
I cut mine to fit the TRP brake handles so mine are shorter..I don´t remember how much but 4/5cm.
Never had any creaking sound

I actually shortened my handlebars right away because the reach was quite long—I'm a rather small guy, weighing 64 kg.
So, that 64 kg shouldn't be an issue.

Which bolts did you tighten first?
The reason I ask is that my top cap sits 3 mm recessed relative to my stem.

Yes i did! I saw the paintjob on insta and asked Chris for something heavily inspired by this with a brighter red like the original mp4/4. Absolutely in love with it. hope you take it as a compliment instead of me ripping you off

Really glad you liked the design! Not offended at all. Unfortunately, i only got the "Marlboro" painted, all other logos are decals I added after, which is a pain as they are very thin and easily get damaged. Good to see you upgraded yours.

For the fairing, I got a new baseplate machined, the design @mattgolt shared. i think that plate would help as a point where you could secure the fairing + a riser for a BTA/garmin mount.

Where do you guys get the stickers for these builds? Been eyeing something with custom decals too, but don't know where to source them. Did you get Velobuild to make them?

Yes, got Chris from Velobuild to help desing it. I shared the SVG files of the logos and the positions I wanted, and got quoted a prices considering this. As 05jaime mentioned, I believe Chris prints a decal that is pasted ontop of the paint before the final coat.
