Spcycle M06 or identity noname higher-priced Taiwan, need your opinion friends

Hello bros
There are two frames of 2023 scott scale:

https://aliexpress.com/item/1005003041334919.html and another one from noname Taiwan?? store
They all have the same weight, geometry, and EPS technology, but differ in price. I'm curious to know if this price difference is due to any additional features or if it is LITERALLY the same frame at different prices.  What do you think? Which one would you choose? Perhaps there are other hardtail frames worth considering. However, to be honest, I'm not really interested in the popular SP-016 frame by spcycle. thanks to advance!

You're so attentive! Thank you so much for your help. In fact, this is more in line with the original design, and I'm not sure what to think. The second company seems to be engaged in fake branding, maybe they made this window to maximize the resemblance to the original. But I suppose we won't be able to figure out if this similarity is related to the workmanship.

I have been very happy with my SPcycle M05 hardtail frame that I purchased in 2022.  It is my favorite hardtail right now.  The M06 has almost the same geometry with a -1.4 degree different seat tube angle.

In fact, the geometry is different. A longer chain stay, a shorter reach, a obtuse head angle and of course a threaded BB

Unfortunately, I've had a bad experience with SP-Cycle and I'd recommend looking for something else. I bought the SP-M038 and the frame was delivered with a damaged thread for the rear thru-axle. The repair to re-cut the thread didn't last long and the rest of the material crumbled away. We discovered that the dropout laminated into the frame was cracked and had to be replaced and re-laminated. SP-Cycle has been playing dead for a while now, and all their so-called warranty is just a bad joke and a slap in the face to customers. On top of that, cracks started appearing on the frame under the seat post clamp. I tighten everything with a torque wrench and ride without a backpack. At my weight of 87kg, I don't think I'm overloading the bike, but I'm worried the cracks might get bigger over time. I hope this experience of mine helps you at least a bit in considering your decision.

I'm sorry to read this bro, after all, buying a cheap chinese frame, and other parts in general - is always a lottery. There's nothing worse emotionally than messing with a broken frame, but I suppose financially it's still cheaper than a branded frame, which can also break, albeit with less chance.
