Yeah, the threading for the bottom bracket on the right side became loose, got a lot of radial play..

I had the same happen to my Hygge frame. It's actually fairly easy to fix yourself if you're not afraid to tackle that kind of job.
I took out the sleeve, cleaned everything very good and used 2K glue (of a very good brand) to glue it back in.

Well, the reply from Hygge was : "Fix it yourself", so Tantan's offers seems better

Frame arrived here...

874g matte black size 56 without any metal parts

Which is exactly annoying as fuck. Got to mount that f..king front derailleur mount myself..

Also ordered  a new fork with, weighs in at 410g uncut, will try to build up the frame in the next two weeks, hopefully the brake hoses from the former are still long enough...

I just received by x68 and there appears to be a carbon fiber lip in the seat tube that is preventing me from installing my DI2 battery far enough down in the tube to adjust my seat height. I suspect this is where 2 different carbon parts were joined together.

Is this fixable? I think cutting my seatpost shorter and drilling new di2 holder holes will not get me the minimum depth required.

Update: GCN's sandpaper on a stick approach didnt work. I ended ramming the carbon fiber lip with a metal pole until it shattered to pieces. Not exactly an elegant solution.

I've had my friend's X68 in size 49 sitting in the hallway while I find some time to paint it. Figured I should take some weights.
Fork: 406g
Bars: 345g
Seatpost: 166g
Frame: 841g with hardware, 804g without

Some rough spots in the bearing seats and rear dropouts but otherwise looks good on visual inspection.

Love it! That's one way of giving the frame an initial stress test

Ive gotta admit I have moved on from this bike. It just never felt confidence inspiring while descending. I tried everything to fix the softness I would get when descending at speed. Different wheels/tires helped but there was always a slight wobble, especially if a light crosswind. I'm no slouch on descending, nor am I a noob at riding bikes.
I got a really good deal on a Van Rysel RCR Pro with SRAM Force group. Its been flawless. Zipp 303SW wheels feel great but I'm thinking of selling them to get something with a hooked design(Probably Caden CDAs).

Anyway, I still have to X68 and it is a Certified Fast Bike on the flats. Mine just left me feeling sketchy down the hills.

I have around 13.000 km on my X68 now. Got it in may 2025. Still no issues. It just does what it needs to do.

He's got a handling issue, descending at speed.
There are similar complaints from folks on ww about the actual sl8. Not a majority of people, but some folks seem to have an issue while the majority don't. No one has ever identified the source. Lots of speculation about weight, location of cog and aero issues but nothing definitive. There are enough reports though that I don't write it off.
I suspect its more of a position/rider weight/ geo interaction than the frame itself given the reports, but who knows?

Mine's been fine.
