Modified the seat post.

Front/rear bolts are 5mm with a 5mm titanium barrel nut, front yoke had to be drilled to 5mm.

that's a heck of a cassette! i'd get to use about 3 gears of that on all but the most windy of days here in Florida!

The cassette is a Campa Ekar, I'll use the wheelset in an other bike for an ultra race including mountain regions.

Will change the cassette to 11/30 afterwards.

An Ekar 9-42 makes for a very good 1-by setup, which in my opinion has almost no drawbacks vs. 2-by systems... so you could think about keeping it:)

It has one huge (small) one. The 9 tooth cog

9t cassettes are fine. It puts the 11t cog in a better chain line. The 9t cog is is best used for the downhill or for brief acceleration. If you use the 9t cog often, it probably means your front chainring is too small.

If I wanted a id glossy black frame I was told to order the black matte one from their page and say I’d want the glossy one. Is that how yall ordered as well?
Bit sceptical if I’m the end a matte black shows up because they didn’t read the comment.
They mean the one at the end of the ordering process right

Status update:

Finally got my frames, 56 in petrol/gold and 52 in black.

I'm a bit short on time and a few spares/tools are still missing, but here are some infos:

56 came in at 890g, not really light but ok, 52 not checked yet.

Forks seem to be from different production facilities:

petrol green is appr. 60g lighter than the black one and has different inserts, steering tube, QR code sticker, etc

Strange, what type of fork failed here before? :s
