Anyone Tried Elita One Master Post?

Has anyone tried these? Looks like more opportunity for flex/comfort which would be nice. However, tolerances would have to be pretty tight to minimize slipping, especially with the one bolt design and carbon on carbon friction holding things in place.

Don't know if I want to be a Guinea pig for almost $100 CAD but if others have good experiences it might be worth a try on my road or Gravel bike

That thing is wacky! I'd be interested to hear if this thing fails or not. Having just had a chiner carbon seatpost crack on me while riding, I'd definitely not like to be the guinea pig.

The idea of that thing failing is too painful for me to consider lol

As a bonus, looks like any splinters from the seat post going Vlad Tepes on you don't show up well in medical imagery.

I will be fair, though, and say that I have 1 Elita One seat post that seems to have held up so far and I'm happy with. I ordered another to put on my other bike. So... here's hoping they know what they're doing.

Elita one is a legendary weight weeny on budget item akin to another no brainer Aliexpress item, the Uno stem. Both of these are on all of my bikes and usually the first thing I switch to when I aquire a new bike.

This new type may not be too bad since they are known for it. I wish it was cheaper. At $55+ it's nearly triple the price of good old Elita one. A little too much for me to experiment.

Elita One seat posts are legit. My current round Elita One seat post is incredibly snug, but because of the tight fit I don't need to over-torque the clamp. No issues whatsoever.

This master post looks cool, I might consider it.

And the biggest plus of og elita one seatpost is two bolts seat clamp. All one bolt seat clamps failed on me after some time
