Looks like TA is too long indeed, can you see on the dérailleur side if it threads all the way through UDH hanger and stopping against the end of it?
What is the length of the TA stamped on it?

The kit that came with the Ullicyc handlebar seems identical in shape, but as I said, the "converter" has a rough finish, while the spacers are smooth....it looks like the "converter" was made and added later, but using a different material and finish (see photo).

I totally see what you mean. That would also annoy me aesthetically. Hopefully the new spacers work for you!

or TA is too long (does not look like original one I have received) or different thread than in UDH or might be misaligned UDH, so you can not catch thread.

the last option is my case, waiting for a new frame as it is impossible to use it

On my frame it says 6.2Nm, so I put that into my torque wrench. I also used the carbon grip paste. It hasn't slipped on the trainer so far, but I guess only a ride on the road will show how it holds up.

How did you cope with putting the LTWOO battery under the seatpost? It's very tight with me, I have the impression and I'm afraid I won't pull it out when I put it down there :| did you use lubricant or something?

I've been tweaking my R088 a bit. I swapped out the stock LTwoo calipers for ZTTO (IIIPro) disc calipers mainly for the weight cut. I installed a Cyclami 18t offset lower pulley wheel on my eR9 cage. It allows expanded cassette range without modding the stock cage. I'm currently on a 50-34t/10-33t setup, but I'm entertaining the thought of going 10-36t with the new pulley wheel. Lastly, I swapped my inner small chainring for a 34t oval. I've had such good results with 1x oval on gravel, I wanted to try it on the road bike. I have titanium axles coming as well to cut additional weight. Overall, I still consider this more of a budget build with off-the-shelf AliEx parts.

I just purchased these ti thru axles. They're not the absolute lightest, but they're not that expensive either.

I think these are titanium *colored* axles made from aluminium. I think they weigh approximately the same as the ones supplied with the frame.

Yup, I have long legs, the 54 only gives me ~8cm seat post insertion, I was not comfortable with that, so I thought the frame could be better used by a slightly shorter rider. I hope that's OK with you?
