Congrats! I really like that the spider is actually shaped CF weave instead of what looks like forged CF from Cybrei (Cenit?). Though I'm a big fan of the 4+5 bolt compatibility on those.

Chainrings looks good. But they’re a bit heavy right? Or am I mistaken. Dur ace is around 13x, as is cybrei?
But that’s probably without the bolts

The 178.4g weight is for 50-34T double rings together including the bolts

Hm, the bolts are around 5-8g, so it’s 14x for cybrei or dura ace.
So considering DA around 30g penalty for aesthetics, more expensive, unknown shifting performance and durability. Or am I missing something?

The rings are $165 USD, which seems pretty fair. Cybrei’s go for £262, and I think Peter said some pros have been testing theirs.

I’ve got the Cybrei metal rings, and they work great, but maybe a bit noisier since it’s carbon plate on aluminium, so you get more sound transfer.

The cranks with 24mm spindles all weigh around 320–330 grams.

I'm getting a set have asked if peter can do me 54-39t as Shimano recommend no more the 16T jump between form chain rings for shifting performance. That's why I like the Cybrei 54-38T set up.
If not I will opt for 53-39t

Sure it’s fair compared to cybrei and carbon ti.But so far there is no objective review that we know of regarding their performance etc.
And the weight is higher than ultegra and probably slightly lower than 105.

(May be wrong about the weights tho, seems like it’s purely aesthetics, not performance/value oriented)
