Hast du zufällig Neuigkeiten zu deinem Rahmen und haben die dir etwas zum Thema Zoll gesagt? Ich überlege mir da eine Seka Rahmen zu bestellen, habe aber bedenken das es am Ende sehr teuer wird 😬

I ordered quickpro ar:one from them.
Got the wrong size and tried to sort it out with them.
They said they will fix it but then ghosted me.
I contacted quickpro company and sent them a qr code of frame, they replied that the frame was for Chinese market and the warranty is missing.
And also after ordering on start of February still hasn’t received wheels, groupset and everything else.
Wondering if I am even getting the rest.
So almost 5k well spent i guess!

I have ordered a "lots" of groupsets from them and never had any problem. My last order should arrive in few days.

I am still missing wheelset, groupset, BB, disc rotors and saddle.
Even the Farsports offical account warned me not to order from that site(too late).
Spent 4.7k€ on complete bike and only got the frame which is wrong size and without warranty.

I have received my groupset. No problem at all. Have you contacted them on their website ? I think that they also have an Instagram account.

Of course I did.
They just stopped responding to me on all platforms.

Weird. Have you paid through PayPal ? If yes, ask for a refund.

Edit : If you can, leave a lot of bad reviews on their Instagram account. It might help.
