My rear wheel has started wiggling. I am suspecting that the hub might be the issue, I would like anyway to replace the bearing and even the ratchet. The hub is SR036.

https://www.7tbike.com/product/carbon-spokes-road-bicycle-wheels-hubs-sr036.html

The listing show four 6802 2RS at the back. How easy would it be to replace those? Are there really 4 bearing in the hub? I am used to 2.

Thanks!

I'd guess it's two in hub body and two in the freehub

The front hub has 2 bearings and the rear hub has 4 bearings—all are 6802 2RS models. They are very easy to replace and don't require many tools. If you need them, we can ship them to you.

To determine if the issue is indeed the bearings, you can have a local bike shop take a look (we will cover the costs). The bearing play should not be this significant.

I've had these for a while now and feel like I can share my praises of them. First and foremost, I bought these last November for my future (soon hopefully, I just submitted payment) FM126 build. I did not expect them to come so quickly, nor to actually be riding them, but I've had them on my gravel bike for some winter miles on pavement. They feel insanely quick and insanely light, but again, I was riding a carbon gravel wheelset so that's kind of obvious.

I ordered the 50mm wavy, 25mm internal hooked width, with pillar spokes. I got a black friday discount, and asked for cheaper/slower shipping options (got laughed at for this, but you're welcome), and paid $531 with tax and shipping. Out of the box, the hubs were pretty quiet and didn't sound like the youtube video posted. I asked about this, got a quick reply that it was expected and the SR249 are quiet hubs, and was fine with that. After a few hundred miles, they are definitely quite a bit louder. I still don't care, but just something to note. I've been riding these in crusty conditions (New England USA winter), so I'm guessing there's probably a little gunk in the hubs. I had some issue with the tubeless setup but after dealing with slow leaks for a while, I just redid it, this time double taping the rim, and now I have no issue. I've noticed a lot of brands give the bare minimum amount of tape, so I was pretty thankful to Serenade for actually including enough to have some margin for error. Thank you for the support, Marya!

I have 32mm GP5000s on and the bike just rips. My gravel bike is a Specialized Diverge with a mechanical SRAM Apex 1x11, which IMO is an amazing bike, but is a bit boring in terms of stability and comfort. The wheels are giving me a surprising amount of zippy feeling.

I think the real test will be how they come together with the upcoming Mondince FM126 - I'll probably follow up here after that's all together.

Bought the 60 mm 23int 34ext build with Sapim-xray this autumn for some 550 dollars with shipping to Sweden. Clear communication beforehand via WhatsApp, had the recommendation to go X-ray spokes for comfort and reliable performance, sitting at 83 kg and pushing some 1200 watts in 15s sprints. Also discussed the 55-60 rims, but they suggested the regular 60s for the same reason. Got pictures after assembly on weight, just below 1400g. Was also away when the package arrived so the after sales team contacted me to make sure I was not sent back, felt really proffesional to have that kind of attention!
Have only ridden them with 28 mm Vittoria Corsa(measures bang on 30 mm on the rim) with ridenow tubes on my newly assembled Velobuild aerotrace(368). They feel absolutely rock solid, easy to mount the wheels, dead-true after some 900+ km of riding in some fairly rough early spring conditions in the north of Sweden. The accelerate well, atleast by my standards, holds speed and perform as I want them to. Its a high rim so in gusty crosswinds you need to hold onto your handlebars, but I usually do that anyway when I ride a bike 😅 Compared to early days V-shape rims they are super stable.
Will se how long the beerings last, but even if they break down I will be super happy with the purchase. From the feedback before shopping, during, and after sales I would argue that these are some of the best wheels if you dont want to spend more money than necessary, want to have a modern int and external measure. I also looked a lot at CSC, which could have been even a bit cheaper, but went Serenade because of the slightly wider rim. Will buy another pair for my girlfriend in the future, will probably compare CSC, Serenade, DFS and Zen against each other again, but after the very smooth experience Ive had of buying, and using, and since I like to find a optimum of bang-for-the-buck, I will lean towards Serenade again. Would recommend the product and the company!

The bearings and ratchet are usually shipped with only a small amount of grease. It is therefore recommended to apply a little more grease to the bearings and freewheel to prevent damage and rust. But that applies to all manufacturers.

I've been eyeing these wheelsets for a while now, but I am so confused with all the hubs. What should I look for a decent ratchet (DT) style hub? I am at 78 kg more or less climbing avoiding sprints if possible, if that matters. Any suggestions? 248/268?
