I own a Megamo West 2021 and I just saw the same frame "unbranded".

Can you help me identifying the "real" manufacturer?

The frame is BB86, headset  1 1/8-1 1/5

flyxii makes this frame https://www.flyxii.com/agoods/pd_58
Pretty sure some other manufacturers had same frame but can't remember which ones.
This frame was used by a lot of "brands" a few years back: Kellys Soot and Romet Nyk for example
