I can't find the TT 017 for sale anywhere - anyone know why?

ICAN don't list it on their website - message them directly (email or whatsapp) and they will confirm if it is available. I ordered it in Feb this year. I believe they manufacture it for Quickpro.

I didn't ask but also they didn't offer. I wouldn't want the lighter frame version anyway. I'm pretty heavy!

I think I remember someone previously saying they don’t ship to Germany because Stevens has the rights to the frame in that region.

Not OP, but I just talked to Peggy and she quoted me 1380 USD for the complete frameset with just a clearcoat + shipping and taxes to Croatia (EU)

Hello, I am new to the forum and interested in this frame as I really like a mono riser and it's the only one I can find in size 58.

Can I get some help with 2 questions:

1. Are there any other options that are mono riser and size 58 that I should consider?

2. I have read through this thread and it appears the winow cockpit does not fit without adaptations?? I am moderately handy with bikes (I can build my own). Are the adjustments required to get the winow extensions on something a home mechanic can do?

i can't speak to your first question, but for question 2, the winow arb02 is a direct fit onto the supplied adaptor plate. Its not entirely clean or pretty (the circular carbon extension mounts poke out a bit, unless you want to cut them off). i purchased this adaptor plate and drilled out the hole spacing so it would match the mono riser bolt spacing for a slightly cleaner look:
