Part of the problem with Lordgun is that their shipping prices are extremely high, at least to the USA.

I looked at several things there and once you get to checkout you realize the effective prices aren’t actually nearly as good as they first appear.

Yea, their shipping prices for Europe are much more reasonable. Managed to got P-Zero Race tires for a penny. Local Czech bike shops could not even compete.

Even with their shipping prices, they are still a tad cheaper than most US based offerings. I have to search ebay or pinkbike for cheaper options.

I am just curious, why not go with Conti Grand Sport Race from AliExpress? Most of the listings are original Conti and dirt cheap. Around 40 usd for a pair. That's what I have been using for years, and as far as I see, they feel like slightly heavier version of gp5000.

Because of rolling resistance (feeling, not scientific testing). The ratio price/performance seems nice.

Now been testing the h496 in 28c for around 1000km. Good enough for me. I was they would have 30/32c options

Hey guys was just wondering what's the difference between the Chaoyang H-496 Merlin and the Arisun R1's? From what I'm seeing is they're pretty much the same tire as they have the same compound but the Arisun says 330/3 TPI while the Chaoyang's are just 120. Wouldn't the Chaoyang tire technically have a higher TPI? Thanks!
