I also ordered the frame : I am 178 cm - 85 inseam : Size 54 and 360x100 mm.

Almost the same as me, just in my case 86 inseam, but my choice for frame and handlebar sizes will be the same, with inline seatpost...

I think that it is a 20 mm offset.

Just double checked my invoice and its definitely listed as a 15mm offset

Interesting to see your guys inseam and height and that you went for a 54.
I went for a 56 (180/85) based on the geometry of my gravel bike and what I feel comfortable with.
The 54 I rode previously was just too uncomfortable after only short rides

Interesting indeed. It’s why hight is a totally irrelevant measurement for determining frame size.
I’m 178-87 and will be buying a 52 with a 38-110 bar.  ( I’m also shit at converting Inches to cm 😂 )

My last three bike fits also confirm this is the best fit for my needs. I could also get a 54 but then the the stack is too high, plus the bars have 8mm of rise.

178 cm height here.  I'm no pro at delving into the geometry charts, but the best I could do to somewhat mimic the proper fit I have on a Specialized Diverge 56 and a Trek Domane 56 did seem to be the LCR018-D size 56.  The LCR018 (again, I'm no pro at this, and like many of you I've never seen one in person other than videos) would seem to have just a little lower stack, so I'm guessing a little more aero than the Diverge and Domane.  So I'm ordering a 56.

5,10 isn’t tall, it’s very average. I just have long legs ( comparatively), shorter torso and shorter arms 🦖

That’s why using hight is a BS measurement. None of those factors are considered.

Agreed. In contrast I’m 170 cm with shorter legs, longer arms, and I ordered a 52 with a 100 reach cockpit. Geometry is very similar to the Carbonda CFR707 I have in a small.

Oh, I'd lean toward comfort focused on both.  But then both are basically what I would consider endurance geometries, so isn't that a given?

I have aero bars on the Diverge since I do so many solo rides and gravel rides, and that's my low aero function.  But it's also set up to be comfortable.  I was in the aero bars for a large majority of the 60 mile ride I did this morning.

Has anybody tested it with SRAM XPLR 13-speed 10-46 yet? The last thing I read was that it uses something called 'UDH Mini,' which I had never heard of before.

Awesome thanks. I go back and forth over going full gravel vs. a road bike with more comfortable geometry and some increased tire size capability, and the LCR018-D really seems to fit the bill.

Clarification of some issues regarding the LCR018-D frame set,
1, the seat post have two options: 0mm offset and 15mm offset,
The second option was originally designed with a 20mm offset, but after testing, we found a 15mm offset to be more stable, so that's the final version.
The default offset for the seatpost is 0mm, as the 15mm seatpost is still in production.
2. about the max chainring
a. If use Shimano crankset, max 2x chainring 54-40T, max 1x chainring 42T (smaller ones are all fine).
b. If use Sram crankset, max 2x chainring 56-43T, max 1x chainring 54T (smaller ones are all fine).
if install the chainring Sram 56-43T with CL 45mm, there is a space width 5.8mm to the frame, it's enough,
if 1X 54T, the space is 7.8mm,
check the attached photos.
