I'm a wondering a little bit that you don't need an offset seatpost with 165mm cranks.

I'm a hobbit with legs that are too long, and to be honest, I still need to try out how well or badly this combination works on the LightCarbon 🤷🏻‍♂️
It works perfectly on my Canyon Aerod, so I'm quite confident here too 😉

Ordered 12/1 and just asked Jim for an update, and he said all of their workers went on break and won't be back until mid-March so I'm guessing my bike won't be delivered until April.

His wheelset is 36mm outer diameter and 28 inner and he managed to fit 40cc tires. I’ll be fitting also 40mm tires on this one but using 24 inner diameter rim should not give any problem and still enough safe space between the frame and the tire.

The Schwalbe g-one R Pro is actually quite small and therefore measures exactly 40mm or 45mm wide on a 28mm internal rim, leaving me with 3mm of clearance on all sides within the frame. I'll have to see if it works well, but I really like the look of it 😄

I currently have a set of 40mm Schwalbe G-one Allround mounted on 24mm internal (32ext) and they also measure exactly 40mm. I don't have the frame yet and I will give this wheel/tire combo a shot but I wouldn't be super comfy in saying there's plenty of space and it shouldn't give a problem. With this little clearance you're definitely pushing the edge (when the ride gets a bit muddy).

Fair enough. I'm also going to try it out 😉
I'm just saying that I'm not super comfy about it as I also have an Orbea Oiz with 2.4" tire clearance and 2.4" tires and on that bike I can see that the tires have been rubbing the chainstays. It looks good visually but when riding it is touching every now and then. Not a big problem though.

Also, outside the comfort zone is where the magic happens

I think I will go with frame size 520, 15mm offset seatpost, 100mm stem and reduce spacers.

There is not much room for adjustment on the seat height. I need to cut my seat post 5-6cm even with relatively long legs. 78cm inseam on 47cm frame. Wouldn’t it be logical to ship 47-50 frames with shorter seat posts than 400mm when the smallest frame can only take 17cm?
Not a serious complaint, but just a thought.

If you like tinkering, you can fit a generic 2-bolt adapter either using the included 3-bolt light holder or some washers (I tried both, but decided for the former). This has a benefit of having an adapter exactly as long as I want, while the whole assembly weighs less than or very similar to the titanium one.

I got the titanium because the info in this thread said it was shorter. Came in same length as the plastic one. Weight as pictured: 22g, 17g and 12g. Last one is 3d print. Just search the thread to find the files.

I had asked for an update last month and was told everything would be completed around now. It was supposed to be like 6-8 weeks. I am just absolutely shocked that they are getting a 6 week holiday break???
