Hello guys, I finally rode my bike today and I’m very impressed with its stiffness. It wasn’t my first build, but it was definitely the easiest one. Everything fit exactly as it should, without any issues (let’s ignore the integrated cables

).
After previous experience with AXS, I chose a mechanical 2x12 105 groupset with an Ultegra crankset and VXM 160mm brake rotors [great brake power], Novatec R4 wheelset. Di2 battery and cables are not my cup of coffee.
A few insights:
I’m 193 cm tall, 93 cm inseam, 110 kg.
The frame is pretty stiff during sprints, but the seatpost is creaking (or maybe the saddle? Not sure yet). The seatpost is installed with carbon paste and tightened to 9 Nm.
