Frame + HBR17 + Seatpost + Shinano compatible BB: $699  - Guess this is the new price.
Single color paint: $120.  Single color, Full clossy, no logos.
SD-01 Saddle: $49
2x Bottle cages = $30 total
Extra UDH: Included
Extra storage bag for frame: $10
Extra storage lid (in case first breaks): $28
GPS mount for garmin: Included
Postage and customs fees: $145

I want something in the classic dark british racing green, matching the sample they have on web page. YS7935. And everywhere I look, this is a quite dark color. The color Wendy sent me as an example is like twice as bright. Like 2x the L in HSL color.

I've got this color and I agree it's lighter than british racing green. I don't mind it though. Looks awesome if you ask me. What do you mean with "Like 2x the L in HSL color"?

Shayzzz: Yeah, you dont need it, as long as bolt will be in contact with alluminium holder and not carbon (witch it will be) you dont need that shimano plate, no problem.

One always needs more anxiety in one's life. Wanting a very specific colour and getting painted across the globe to realize it was the wrong one too late is one my favourite anxietymaxxing hacks : anxxxiety.

Is anyone running a LCR018 non-integrated with something like an FSA 69 SRS? It seems like almost everyone opts for the HBR17, but I'm thinking about just running my own stems and handlebar while I decide on my cockpit geometry.

I've got a LCR017 painted in that colour and it's very sensitive to light levels and in bright sunshine seems to photograph much lighter than it looks in real life. The sample they have on the webpage is about right but I've attached a couple of photos that show the difference.

The attached frame is YS7935. Depending on light it shins brighter but I tend to agree that classic british racing green would be even darker.

Well yes, I have seen people mention it, but I haven't seen an exact answer for where it actually goes.

So do I place the upper headset bearing, then the spacer? Or does it go after the spacer that routes the brake hoses?

Was there a response to this question I missed, and if so, what is the link to it?
I have searched the forum and also have this question as to where this spacer is intended to be placed.

It sits on top of the tapered piece that centeres the steerer fork in the top bearing (and guides the cables at the front), below the cover that you're trying to raise (if it sits too close to the frame).
Where else could it go 🤷‍♂️

I’d love to see how the light hits these aero shapes in the wild.
Also, can anyone recommend the C53DB wheelset from LC? I’m looking for a 50mm depth carbon wheelset with a 23-25mm internal width (running 32-38mm tires). Is there anything else you’d recommend in the $500–$600 bracket (total shipped to EU)?

I use a Ortlieb Quick Rack incl. Quick Rack Axle for my Gravel Bike and tried to figure out if the system could also work for the LCR018-D (i do have the 1.5mm version which does not fit, so I can't try it)

Watched it….he puts a lot of focus on gravel riding with it….fair enough if that’s what you want it to do, but I’d class it more as aero endurance - this is where the bike excels. I feel like the gravel tag unfairly gives you an initial impression of it being slower….and I can confirm this thing is as fast as you want it to be on the road.

Nice to have the versatility of course, but he only threw in a few lines about using it on the road with slicks as an option - the whole focus of the video should have been turned on its head with a focus on road primarily and a diversion into light gravel as an option - that shows the bike off at its best.

In other news….the v2 storage lid went flying off when going up a rough hill this morning.
Bolt seems to have came loose as the little arm had no resistance and kept unlatching after that.
I’ll have to out some loctite on there to try and keep the bugger shut.

Any news on a v3 lid that closes with gravity instead of trying to fight against it??
