Hi there, I'm from Germany and I ordered a 018 frame, size 56cm, with a 380x100 handlebar set. I'm 1.84m, and according to bike stats, it should be a good fit for me. The color of the Seka Spear inspired me, so I opted for the Chronos paint job without any decals. I also got a 68 wheelset with 50mm rims. I'm very happy and excited!

Oh I love that Seka paintjob, youll have to post your pictures from your frame! I would love to see how close LC gets to seka

Is that using their silver chrome finish on their webpage or did they confirm they're able to do the more grey-ish (darker) chrome similar to Seka? This is what I am planning on as well but they said only their silver chrome is available.

Wendy wrote that it's the chrome silver. I personally would like it. It's very difficult to judge because the pictures from LightCarbon are unfortunately quite poor. Seka can do this much better, and it makes it easier to decide on the paint color. If you compare this picture, the silver of the Spear is significantly brighter than the LC.

Yeah I'm ok with the chrome silver as well, just wanted to confirm if you had the same feedback from LC. I still haven't officially ordered yet, still deciding what i want to do with the decals. I'm also playing with the idea of moving the silver chrome finish on the seat stays up to highlight the "eagle eye". Super excited to see how yours turns out! Whats the lead time?

The big question I have before buying is compatibility of front derailleur and 38-40mm WAM tyres. I know for example that BMC Roadmachine has 40mm tyre clearance, 415mm chainstays but there is no room for 40mm tyres if you run the front derailleur, it rubs. I hope that is not the case here.

I think it's not possible. If you're looking for a gravel frame...there are other options.

Decals are not easy...my plan is a nordic symbol called VEGVISIR. I love it...

Nice idea with the silver wind eye, but I think it's not so easy to get a cut to black on the seat tube.

Wendy said it's 30 working days for the frame and paintjob + 20 working days for shipping. So it's november.

I paid $856 for UD matte (standard color) and no decals, in size 58cm. Including one extra hanger, Shimano BB, and shipping to northern Europe.

I paid $815 for the UD matte, no decals, Storage bag, DPD shipping and all duties prepaid and including paypal fee.. Got my hands on a Force AXS APLR 44T D1 rear derailleur and 170mm 40T Force AXS D1 crank set. So I now have most of the drivetrain from the same group set. I will probably change the chainring for a Garbaruk chainring. with a variable 5/7 offset so that I can, hopefully, go 44-tooth with a dub road crankset.

I like the SEKA paint jobs as well. there are some nice designs on the Spear. But I also like some custom paint jobs using sponges and 3 or 4 colors.  Well, time enough to decide before my frame arrives.

Also planning the Garbaruk Aero 1x 44T with a Force E1 Crankset.

BTW: im using the Garbaruk cage on my Rival XPLR and it works flawlessly with the 10-52 eagle

Has anyone tried it out yet to see if the SRAM UDH rear derailleur actually fits, how big the chainring can be on a 1x front derailleur, and how much tire clearance there actually is?

i ordered a frame in 54 with the Eurobike paint job. will set it up as a 1by. fitting an XPLR and testing UDH compatibility will be one of the tasks.

but not before November I guess, since production time is at 45 days

I'm 193cm with 89cm in-seam - I currently ride an XL Merida Scultura 904, which is the bike that got me into road cycling. Only relevant sizing chart I could find is: https://99spokes.com/en-AU/bikes/merida/2014/scultura-cf-904

From what I can see - the LC frame is slightly smaller than the Merida, but not by much. I felt stretched out on the Merida and had to reduce stem length to 70mm.

Would really appreciate a sanity check on a size 58cm frame for me.

I'm 190cm with an inseam of 90. I'm planning on getting the frame in size 58 as well. Always rode 58 sized bikes no problem
