These should be a fairly simple build as the biggest headache for inexperienced builders, cable routing, is made more straightforward by removing the door.
Routing the hoses before adding the bb will also help.
I expect no big challenges *fingers crossed* - usually modern bikes are so Lego.
- Yes, removing the downtube storage door makes it easy, but I also have the neodym magnet set which should help a lot
- this frame comes without guides, so routing must be down by oneself!
- Biggest unknown would be the headset/handlebar with full internal brake hoses, which is a first for me.
- Reusing my Shimano DI2 - so only brake hoses to route makes it easier
- cutting fork and seat-post at a good length tidily - I just use a miter box + gloves + metal saw
- let's see if the BB from Alix is any good that I already bought

- ofc Brake bleeding, Tubeless stuff etc. takes time to learn if first time, and specific tools. - Simpler if you are using TPU, maybe even rim brakes/hybrid brakes.
I already build a full wheel-set from XMCS from bottom up (thx to Peter), so the wheel-set is ready to go and waiting already
