Hi, it's around 9,5kg (excluding pedals), which is more than I expected. How about yours?

Around the same, I weighed it with my bags and pedals on at 20.5lb. The electronic groupo is def adding weight but, also not sure where the extra weight is totally coming from. Thinking of swapping to 1x but in the same boat as you of road and gravel so the range is good to have. How was the routing for mechanical?

There is somebody on the forum that fitted thunder burt 2.1 on elitewheels aero gravel which have 32 internal width. How were you not able to fit them with 27mm iw rims?

Rims: CarbonSpeed 27mm Inner Width
Handlebar: 40mm 100mm stem
Front Tire: Conti Dubnital 2‘2 (tight, but no rub, unless its muddy)
Back Tire: Schwalbe RX-Pro 50mm (tight, rub when real muddy)

Original Plan was to fit Thunder burts in 2‘1 in the back. Is impossible though. The Rims make it as wide as the Dubnital 2‘2 (53mm vs 53,4mm).

Happy with the Offroad abilities of the Steed. Paint Quality is bad though, very easy to rub it off.

It will be used both as a Road & Gravel bike, therefore the 2x Shimano Grx, Mechanical.

I'm guessing you're talking about the front derailleur. I spaced my out super far from the frame and there is absolutely no mud clearance between it and the fd. It works but I wouldn't recommend. Just buying my time until etx or new egr, whichever is first.

Lovely build!

Routing within frame was easy. The Headset from VeloBuild I didn‘t like. Replaced it with a CaneCreek one + CC Spacers. The Cables are not running in handlebar but handlebar tape. Looks smooth enough for me!

If it was my gravel only dedicated bike I‘d have put SRAM Force XPLR AXS 1by.

I can put ThunderBurts in the back, but as soon as I cross 2.5 Bars they don‘t move anymore. And they cause frame damage at 1.7Bars as well. I tried it for y‘all🫪

I was also expecting 29‘ Tires would fit but I‘ve accepted my fate (Schwalbe G-one RX Pro)

easy fit for 2.1 TB in my size M frame on 28 internal rims.

Just completed my build. I had a 105 Di2 groupset left over after upgrading my road bike to Ultegra, so I figured I had to do something with it.

The front derailleur mount is misplaced, at least on the size S frame, it sits far too low. I had to switch to a 50/34 setup, even though my original plan was to run 52/36. I also had to file down the mount slightly to get enough clearance for the derailleur movement.

whatre your 45's blowing out to on those rims. I ordered the rims last week so now debating throwing my mezcal 2.1 or my terrano pro 45's on.

They measure about 49mm when mounted

We're you running them on the aero grav wheels? I also sliced the side knobs off on mine to about half height and a 19mm internal wheel

Good to know 2.25 Dubnital fit in there! Different question: How is the SPPC kit, especially the bibs?

I built mine up some time ago but was having these huge gaps…so i want to disassemble everything again to get it right. What am i doing wrong? Is this C ring that holds the fork in place supposed to sit deeper in the bearing and therefore causing this gap?

I am wondering if i should by a new headset
