Well you're right, it is indeed... What to say after all this? Now comes the multiple emails and messages, reaching out and trying to get the right part, confirming wether your frame is shipped already...
It's my first build, and I never imagined the amount of details and little things you'd have to know to build a whole bike without a hiccup... Pretty disappointed with everything so far, on top of all the delays and the frame looking meh (regularish), and now the axles are wrong... Definitely missing riding a bike....
At this price point there do tend to be weird quirks that you have to work around and you won't get much support from the sellers. The build process can be really annoying, it's not uncommon to have to buy some small parts or tools to get it buildable, but it's usually a lot of fun once it's built and you can just enjoy the ride.
I ended up canceling my order once it became clear it did not have the tire clearance I wanted :/
