finishing building up my frame, did a custom paint job which came out pretty good except for some weird line thickness issues. pretty happy overall.

Just waiting on the chaining to install the cranks!

Race King 2.0 inch tires are a tight fit in the rear on 25mm rims. Will probably throw a 45 on the back and run a mullet setup once it gets wet.

I replaced the aluminum crankset with a carbon Zrace one, and the build is fully completed.

I used the 13 speed ztto 11-46t, with a 46t up front, and also ordered the 11-52t for steeper routes. Have not tested it yet though so performance is TBD.

how do you install a derailleur hanger? It's supposed to rest on the stop on the frame when tightening but when installed like this it seems rotated too far forward and you can't actually get the wheel in

Here are the pics. When the hanger is installed i cant get the wheels in. Its over rotated forward. Any idea what's happening here?

Unscrew the hanger and move it down rescrew it. Attention on the direction. Look at the UDH hanger installation tutorial.

Hanger is supposed to rest on the ridge of the dropout. When you tighten it, it naturally slots into it. I can unscrew it and move it back but then i have to eyeball the position and also somehow tighten it to 20nm while holding it by hand

Update after ~50 miles on the bike. Using a 46t pass quest chainring, on a pes515 power meter crank set, with the ztto 11-46t cassette. Shifting is great and faster than my Shimano 105 di2 on my other bike. No issues with 13 speed setup, while running a dura ace 12 speed chain.

Overall super happy with the performance, the 11-46 cassette has tight spacing and feels pretty workable for a road bike even. Will probably throw on a 11-52 for steeper routes.

Frame feels very durable, but is very stiff and not particularly compliant. Fine if your running 50mm wheels, but it definitely feels harsh with 40mm g-one rs tires. Not too big an issue for $500 dollars, but definitely not the same as top of the line gravel frames out there now.

I got the 11-46t and the 11-52t, haven't tested the 11-52 but the 11-46 works well. Using the long cage version of the gex.

I received the packet today. I'll send you some photos of the packaging and the parts received. The frame is well packaged, delivery will have lasted 17 days to France. The frame is very beautiful, I only chose RAW with glossy varnish. I started assembling the Sram Force Xplr 1x13 groupset. I've already stopped because I don't have the screws and the adapter support for the flat mount calipers of the front fork. I'll have to look for it at the store.
