I've only used rotors from Chaser and Galfer.
If your disc rotor has a "spider" design that isn't perfectly flush with the brake area, it can cause rubbing.
It might also depend on other factors, like how much the rear chainstays can flex under load (weight, etc.).
The bolts on 6-bolt rotors could also be problematic, but honestly, I'm not even sure, if they would face in that direction (only ever used centerlock).
