Hongfu FM358 XC 120mm frame

Just saw this new frame while browsing on their website. Looks pretty good, still need to compare geometry to current XC frames to get an idea of what it could be like to ride.

I saw it last week.

I asked the seller for information.

Here's some pricing information they gave me:

FM358: $680
Headset: $15
Axle: $15

We will use WXY to ship to Spain; the shipping cost is $180/set. The price includes customs tax. You don't need to pay customs tax.

Total cost: $680 + $15 + $15 + $180 = $890 in UD matte or glossy black.

I think the brake caliper is flat-mount...

I was eager to try the frame, but I don't have that brake system. I'm a SRAM Level user.

I don't think many brands mount it like this.

Are there any flat-mount to post-mount adapters?

You can use some of the sram road calipers. Here's an official compatibility chart. https://www.sram.com/globalassets/document-hierarchy/compatibility-map/mtb-and-road-hydraulic-disc-brake-lever-and-caliper-compatibility.pdf

Yes, plenty of adapters.

Frame weight in M is 1910g, so no weightweenie hopefully sign of solid frame…
Still discussing with Helen, on the fence between that and the SPCycle M868. There is about $150 difference on favor of SPCycle but I visually prefer the Hongfu. As far as riding, both frames capabilities exceed my own…

I would like to ask you if this adapter is compatible with your frame and if the flat mount clamp would not touch the chainstays.

Thank you @ludo I'll be attentive and await your response.

It's true that I don't see post-mount calipers on MTB bikes in the Spanish market.

A few fresh pix bellow. I think it is interesting option. Just wondering how about that storage door with attached a full water bottle to it.
