Just got the CYC1600 and tested it.

Good stuff:

It actually lights up the road ahead of you super well, I felt confident riding fast in the pitch black for once.
It's location below the bar is really good for not blinding yourself when you stand up to pedal.
Having a remote is super good.
The special rectangular quarter turn mount was really solid.

Bad stuff:
The lit area is really narrow, so any corners taken are sketchy as hell. If you're on asphalt and know the roads it's mostly fine, but if there's a pothole in a corner you might not see it until it's too late.
The remote has too many toggles, but I mostly figured it out after a while.

All in all, I might need to find a light that throws the beam wider, or add a helmet mounted light.
