Ali express or Temu

Hi all,
I have just started looking at Temu for stuff, not bike related, seems quite similar to aliexpress, so was wondering why it doesn't seem to be used or discussed here?
(First question etc, but did search first)

the few times i've been on temu to check if it was cheaper, it had at most 20% of the selection for bike parts, and never cheaper than aliexpress. looked like just cheap garbage with none of the more mid/high end brands

Well its all the same people, companies and dropshippers at the other end. Alibaba has a much much bigger and longer tradition with sellers, pinduoduo do not.

Prices are the same mainly and the only advantage i would take from Temu would be to exploit their promotions if they can differ and compete with aliex (they certainly do sometimes), and take some advantage of their "new account" bonuses, but my main stays on ali
