Yes, they have sealed bearings. Running super nicely and spin forever (but doesn't really matter in a jockey wheel tbh).

A plastic disc should be cheaper than machine aluminum from my point of view, but it is the other way around here.

It's just looks. The 5 spoke is the "classic" look, the disc has a more enclosed "aero" look to it. I doubt it has any real world implications beyond looks.

it might have ADR tech but im not that confident that they implemented it effectively. the full disk also looks really cool but the aero gains will be marginal

Also own one. It is okay. To be fair, only bought it for the looks. Shifting seems a bit better, but nothing too special. I have it on my 105 Di2.

Did you have the long cage 105 derailleur? Was it easy enough to swap like for like with this?
