Did you first screw it in only with hand? Cause obviously it is not aligned at all… if you only tightened it in the end with torque it should have been aligned well too. In case you did that properly and didn’t ruined the thread, then Velobuild did the worst job possible.

LBS did it and they assured me they screwed in with hand and used wrench at the end. They removed it and checked again too and thread not damaged apparently.
I’ve emailed Velobuild and waiting for reply.
Sucks that I won’t be riding anytime soon and perhaps not at all this summer..

What did they say? Did you check the threads yourself and is it actually not screwed up by your LBS?

they should have catched the alignment issue before tightening to torque tbh.. it's so crooked on yours you'd see it when putting on the tool.

Chris said he is waiting for input from ingeneers.

Going to check with other bike shop this weekend/next week to see for myself (don’t have tool at home).

I went for the UD glossy paint job because they had it in stock and I didn’t need to pay for the paintjob, it looks fine nothing that stands out or to complain about.

The brake mounts weren’t perfect but nothing major, a good time to test my new facing tool from Ali. The bottombracket was ok everything screwed in easy by hand. The back brake routing wasn’t very straightforward it needed some tries I think maybe the bonding wasn’t very nice inside or something like that. I don’t know because I can’t look inside the frame.

The only thing they forgot was the seatpost wedge and cover so I am waiting for them to arrive the rest is finished already

Also my sram rear derailleur hit the frame after adjusting the B-gap for the 10-28 cassette so I had to screw it back to a point where it wouldn’t hit. Not very happy about this because I thought this problem was solved. It seems to shift just fine in the stand so I hope it will be ok on the road.

oof, and that's the new pro frame, right? is that with one of the chunky 1x sram derailleurs?

Sure I think I previously said I ordered a size 54 but it’s a 52 they don’t have a size 54  .
I am 177 cm tall and have an inseam of 83 ordered it with the 380 by 90 integrated bars but would have liked 360.

It is the new pro frame and it’s just the standard Force E1 road derailleur.

I received the seatpost wedge today, so it’s ready for a test ride tomorrow!

Still needs some bartape but I will dial in my fit first and I am waiting for my 65/60 Serenade wheels.
