Got my frame, super unhappy with it tbh. Brake mounts horrendous is still to good, but honestly not that much of an issue.

Seat tube is not fully blocked, but there's a kind of blockage to the seatpost, so you can't fully insert the seatpost.

Bigger issue. A freaking hole in the right chainstay. Will wait how TanTan/Seraph and AliX will handle this.. To me the frame is a total damage..

I'll keep you up to date, their first offer was sending the frame back and getting my money (not acceptable as the frame is now more expensive) or a 100USD refund.. For a total damage a bit less in my eyes...

Acceptable to me would be getting a replacement frame for sending the other frame back.

They said they arrange a replacement frame for me, but due to Chinese New year, it'll take some time. But that's totally fine. Wouldn't be any different here in Germany over Christmas and New Year.

I'll keep you updated on when the frame arrives

Has anyone installed an Ltwoo er kit into the frame? It seems the spacing is a bit short on the di2 holder when mounting the Ltwoo battery. The last 7mm is a no go.

Any solutions, or should I just pack this into the downtube?

Hi here to share my ecperience with a complete bike from tantan/seraph as I havent found any on this platform so far.

I bought this one: https://www.seraphbikes.com/Carbon-Fiber-24-Speed-Aero-Road-Bike-TT-X71-Wheeltop-Di2-groupset-Carbon-Spoke-wheelset-With-700X30C-Tire-p6829310.html
directly from seraph site with paypal.

Communication was over whatsapp, quite good sometimes i had to ask multiple times when i asked multiple questions just one was answered but overall good.

First contact was 20.3. I wanted it with ltwoo but just went with regular wheeltop
order placet 26.3. The bike was in stock on the website but the wheelset still neded to be made (he said shipping in 15-25 days)
I got the QC Photos/shpping number on 28.4.
arrived at local carrier in germany  on the 15.5. and at my door at 16.5.

So longer than expextet but still okish i guess.
Product came packed really nice no worries there, Casette not installed, handlebar dangling on the lines. (see pictures)

I build the bike up today so far really really impressed. I mean this bike is like 1000€ cheaper than when you build your bike up on your own out of china and the quality really blew me away. The only thing is that one bolt for the seatclamp was missing but i reacon i can find a replacement.
The only thing that worries me a bit are the weels. they are really true yes, but the spoke tension is quite uneven from my first check. I guess time will tell. the supplied Conti(probably fake idk) didnt seat right but i put on my STRs everything fine.
crankset/BB was pre greased.

I have some random parts that i cant identify really, i made a picture probably some of you know.

I got 2 nice carbon bottle cages and a plastic out front mount so that is fixed ig, but not carbon unfortunatly. (it was a problem the the carbon computer mount was to flexi, the plastic one definitly isnt.)

Gonna do a follow up post.
Ask you questions or what pictures you want.

Best regards from berlin

The front end of the headset cover is touching the frame for me. Anyone has that issue? I have retorqued everything around the headset 2-3 times. No fix

Nah got a perfect 1-2mm gap. Have you installed the right c shaped spacer before putting on the top cap?

No mine looks different, if you scroll back in this post you can see pictures of it. It is black an goes right betwenn the top bearing and top cap. they are different sizes so you can adjust how far the top cover is away from the head tube.one side is flat and the other conical so it centers ist the top bearing.

Ah ok, those guys. I don't remember receiving different sizes. I guess I will start searching in my "lost & found" toolbox drawer.

I never found it. I ended up cutting a standard micro spacer since brake cables are already routed. I believe the cut micro spacer is not ideal, but should hold on since it's a 1mm, not the flimsy 0.5mm. big enough gap now.
