« on: August 06, 2025, 04:28:08 PM »
I'm looking to buy the X68 if I sell this X38. I bought it last year and put on about 1000 miles. It's a solid, fast bike and climbs like a beast.
- Carbon frameset with custom wrap
- Retrospec carbon wheels with DT SWISS 350 54T Hub
- Ultegra components
- Size 58

Located in Northern California.
Price: $2800 OBO

Why not recycle everything but the frame to build the next one?

That's the backup plan :) this would be a third bike I'm ordering from tantan, so they'd give me a small discount. I wanted to pass on those savings and get a fully outfitted Di2 setup with DT SWISS 240 (54T) hubs. I've never built a bike from frame up, but it's something I'm considering.

I wasn't sure about the price - trying to gauge interest. Plus some people like to pay for the convenience of it already being built.

I think you need to lower your expectations, as tan tan sells the pretty much same complete bike brand new with Di2 for the same price
