Would not change a thing, but combined shipping with a tideace gravelbike (of course I'd pay for that bike) would be cool :)

My recommendations:
make the seat post reversible like the Ceepo Mamba-R, then allow clamping area for aerobars

I'd change the seat tube design so it's not copying the Trek style, I'm always wary about those failing
